Job summary
Tech Mahindra in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior AI/GenAI engineer with 5+ years in enterprise software and 2+ years hands-on GenAI. You will design and deploy generative AI solutions for financial services, integrating LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic tools, and scalable AI agents in regulated environments.
Ideal candidates have strong Python development skills and a background in deploying AI with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tooling in enterprise settings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise software development, including 2+ years in AI/GenAI.
- Strong Python development and production AI integration experience.
- Experience building generative AI solutions for financial services.
- Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph for GenAI workflows and agentic apps.
- Experience designing multi-agent / autonomous AI systems and coordinating complex tasks.
- Strong RAG experience with multi-step retrieval pipelines and data integration.
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Search, semantic retrieval and memory solutions.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, ideally OpenAI Agents SDK.
- Understanding of LLM context management, retrieval strategies and extended-context models.
- Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability in regulated environments.
