Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and automated workflows. You will own end‑to‑end delivery from scoping through production deployment, enabling the organization to automate complex processes with generative AI.

The role requires hands‑on experience with LangChain, LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), and vector DBs; you’ll collaborate cross‑functionally to identify automation opportunities and ensure safe, scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building production AI systems or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience building agents/workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n, or similar frameworks.
• Proven ability to integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) into real applications.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search is a plus.
• Portfolio or demonstrable projects showing deployed agents or RAG apps.
• Proficiency in Python; JavaScript/TypeScript beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, FastAPI, and CI/CD for AI pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to solve business problems.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from scoping to production deployment.
• Architect multi‑agent systems and agentic workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases and knowledge bases.
• Integrate tools, APIs, databases, and third‑party services.
• Fine‑tune and prompt‑engineer LLMs for reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into agent solutions.
• Monitor and improve agents across quality, latency, cost, and safety metrics.
• Establish best practices for agent safety and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Develop MCP server integrations to extend capabilities.
