Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior AI/GenAI engineer with 5+ years in enterprise software and 2+ years hands-on GenAI. You will design and deploy generative AI solutions for financial services, integrating LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic tools, and scalable AI agents in regulated environments.

Ideal candidates have strong Python development skills and a background in deploying AI with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability tooling in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software development, including 2+ years in AI/GenAI.
• Strong Python development and production AI integration experience.
• Experience building generative AI solutions for financial services.
• Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph for GenAI workflows and agentic apps.
• Experience designing multi-agent / autonomous AI systems and coordinating complex tasks.
• Strong RAG experience with multi-step retrieval pipelines and data integration.
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Search, semantic retrieval and memory solutions.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, ideally OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Understanding of LLM context management, retrieval strategies and extended-context models.
• Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability in regulated environments.

Job description

• 5+ years of enterprise software development, including 2+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI experience
• Strong Python development and experience integrating LLMs into production AI applications
• Proven experience building Generative AI solutions for financial services; exposure to trading, fixed income, FX or credit is highly desirable
• Strong LLM / GenAI integration experience with models such as OpenAI/GPT or Anthropic/Claude
• Hands-on LangChain / LangGraph experience for GenAI workflow orchestration and agentic applications
• Experience designing multi-agent / autonomous AI systems capable of coordinating complex tasks
• Strong RAG experience, including multi-step retrieval pipelines and integration of structured/unstructured enterprise data
• Experience with Azure Cognitive Search, semantic retrieval and conversational/long-term memory solutions
• Experience with AI agent frameworks, ideally OpenAI Agents SDK
• Understanding of LLM context management, retrieval strategies and extended-context models
• Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and observability in enterprise/regulated environments
• Exposure to LLM fine-tuning / adaptation (LoRA, PEFT) is desirable but not mandatory
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, quants and traders, translating business problems into technical AI solutions
• Strong ownership, communication, problem-solving and Agile delivery skills
