Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI models and AI-powered services for an AI-native bank. You will collaborate with Data Engineering, AI Product Management, and Platform teams to create scalable AI solutions, and implement CI/CD, observability, and governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production-grade AI/ML or GenAI experience.
• Proven track record delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic AI apps beyond PoC.
• Strong experience with Databricks, Azure, AWS, MLflow.
• Proficient in Python; Kubernetes; CI/CD and modern dev practices.
• Experience with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience in banking/fintech or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models and GenAI services in production.
• Develop agentic workflows and AI services integrated into banking processes.
