Job summary

SGS Gulf invites an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth across the GCC in Supply Chain & Sustainability Services. You will build strategic relationships with government entities, SOEs and major private-sector players, translating requirements into auditable scopes and multi-year agreements.

The role covers tender leadership, cross-functional collaboration with SGS specialists, and cross-selling across divisions. Travel across GCC is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of GCC B2B sales or equivalent in supply chain, ESG, TIC, audit or consultancy.
• Experience creating customized assurance programs and multi-country contracts.
• Strong relationships with GCC government entities and procurement stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to travel across GCC regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans targeting ministries, SOEs and procurement authorities.
• Originate supplier audits, prequalification, and compliance programs.
• Develop ESG and sustainability opportunities including responsible sourcing and GHG assessment.
• Translate procurement and sustainability requirements into auditable scopes and framework agreements.
• Lead tenders and framework agreements with cross-functional SGS teams.
