Job summary

SGS is seeking a Business Development Manager for Business Assurance and Digital Trust to drive growth across the GCC. You will lead the full sales cycle, develop territory plans, and secure multi‑country contracts in management-system certification and Digital Trust services.

The role requires strong relationships with government and enterprise clients, experience in tenders and complex negotiations, and willingness to travel across the GCC. Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B services sales and business development.
• Proven track record of securing enterprise contracts personally.
• Strong network with enterprise and government clients across the GCC.
• Experience in TIC, Business Assurance, management-system certification, cybersecurity or cloud IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Develop annual territory and key-account plans for GCC growth.
• Identify opportunities for integrated certification and Digital Trust services.
• Manage tenders, proposals and framework agreements for major accounts.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline, accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver commercially and technically viable solutions.
• Engage senior decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, COOs, procurement) to secure new business.
