Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites experienced Consultants in Gastroenterology to join a Dubai-based medical practice. The role focuses on advanced endoscopy including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy, and ERCP where credentialed, with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

The ideal candidate holds MD/MBBS with Board Certification in Gastroenterology and at least five years of post-qualification experience, delivering multidisciplinary GI care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with specialist training in Gastroenterology.
• Board Certification in Gastroenterology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients with GI symptoms and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Perform and interpret upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy.
• Perform therapeutic endoscopy (polypectomy, ERCP where credentialed).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for complex care.
• Explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and monitor patients.
