Job summary

Praktika, an AI-native education company, seeks a skilled frontend/full-stack engineer to own the web stack, including marketing sites, onboarding funnels, and customer portals.

You will lead architecture, development, and operations across all web apps, drive product choices via A/B tests and data analysis, and craft adaptive, mobile-first experiences while integrating auth and payment gateways in a distributed, written-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with Next.js and CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.
• Experience integrating authentication providers (Firebase, Auth0) and payment systems (Stripe, PayPal).
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with animation and micro-interactions.
• Proven experience in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Ability to work in an async, distributed, written-first culture.
