Job summary

Grove Collaborative, a sustainability-focused consumer products company and certified B Corp, seeks an experienced leader to drive front-end and full-stack initiatives in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

You will partner with product and design to shape user experiences, own performance and accessibility, and push for high-quality, maintainable code across the stack. This role emphasizes ownership, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in at least one modern component framework (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
• Ability to work across the stack including APIs, data models, and CI/CD.
• Strong project leadership and ability to turn vague requirements into concrete plans.
• High degree of ownership and technical honesty.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms
