Job summary

EPAM Systems in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer to join in a hybrid mode. You will be embedded with the client team as a versatile full-stack generalist bridging business and engineering.

You will rapidly prototype solutions, debug production issues on-site, and transform evolving client requirements into practical, high-quality implementations across the full tech stack.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-facing software projects.
• Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and/or Python FastAPI.
• Hands-on front-end with React.js/Next.js.
• Database design with PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying on Azure and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot or Python FastAPI.
• Build React.js/Next.js front-ends and ensure responsive UX.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and maintain apps on Microsoft Azure with CI/CD.
• Prototype features rapidly to accelerate decisions and validate concepts.
• Debug production issues under tight timelines ensuring stability.
