Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional full stack web development experience.
• Proven experience shipping production websites and web apps.
• E-commerce experience is a strong plus.
• Strong DevOps background including CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
• Hands-on GitHub knowledge including Actions, PRs, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Comfortable using AI coding tools to produce structured, maintainable code.
• Strong database knowledge including schema modeling, indexing, queries, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Security, performance, and scalability awareness.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack websites and web applications.
• Develop responsive, accessible user experiences from marketing sites to storefronts.
• Build and maintain secure REST/GraphQL APIs and payment integrations.
• Own and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Apply DevOps best practices including containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to write clean, tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations to deliver features.
