Harmonic, a startup discovery platform, is seeking full‑stack engineers to join one of our teams in New York City. You will own customer-facing features end-to-end, building scalable, observable systems that integrate data pipelines with the full-stack product experience.

We value practical engineering judgment, a track record of shipping high-quality products, and a strong foundation in CS. You will operate in a hybrid work setup with collaboration across product and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience building full‑stack products at scale.
• Founding engineer experience or early involvement in scaling a product.
• Track record of shipping high‑quality product milestones.
• Strong CS fundamentals and scalable, observable systems.
• Experience building and scaling data pipelines for large datasets.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and balance tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own customer‑facing features end to end from the customer perspective.
• Build scalable, performant, observable systems from data to UI.
• Ship fast, measure outcomes, and iterate based on learnings.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and GTM to put the customer first.
• Continuously question and improve the product experience.
