You will define scalable retrieval and evaluation frameworks, integrate LLMs, and shape AI-native product experiences with Product and Design. The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and high-performance data systems in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7-8+ years building distributed systems or large-scale backend architectures.
• Designed or scaled search, recommendation, or ranking systems balancing precision and performance.
• Led or contributed to ML/LLM integrations in production.

Responsibilities

• Architect the core intelligence behind Scout and own end-to-end sourcing engine architecture.
• Define scalable frameworks for retrieval, reranking, and LLM-driven evaluation to deliver personalized results.
• Shape AI-native product experiences by partnering with Product and Design to define patterns for intuitive, fast LLM-powered sourcing.
