Job summary

Element is seeking a senior freelance SEO and GEO strategist to lead the search strategy behind its client accounts from a Dubai-based position. The role is strategic, with the agency's in-house SEO executive handling implementation and deployment.

The engagement is a monthly retainer with a fixed hour count and one month's notice. Expect some weeks of higher involvement during strategy builds, followed by regular check-ins and client calls aligned to UAE GCC time, fully remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO strategy with GEO and AI search experience.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate goals into actionable SEO/GEO plans.
• Hands-on with industry tools and client communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Map client goals, audiences, and regional priorities.
• Build 6–12 month SEO/GEO roadmaps with deliverables and KPIs.
• Develop English and Arabic keyword maps and prompts tailored to GCC dialects.
• Recommend landing page structures and AEO content approaches.
• Translate strategy into prioritized tasks for in-house SEO lead and review progress weekly.
• Monitor AI share of voice, entity attribution, and priority prompts; refine GEO roadmap.
