STARTRADER is seeking an experienced SEO & GEO Manager to drive organic performance and AI-driven visibility across multilingual sites. You will define strategy, lead in-house and regional partners, and oversee analytics infrastructure to report insights to senior leadership.

This Dubai-based role demands 7+ years in SEO, strong technical knowledge, and excellence in cross-functional collaboration. You will influence content governance and brand visibility while ensuring regulatory compliance

Competenze

• Minimum seven years in SEO, including at least two years leading teams or agencies.
• Experience with regional search platforms such as Naver, Yandex and Baidu.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic on multilingual sites, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO (JSON-LD, hreflang, site migrations).
• Familiarity with AI search, answer engines, and monitoring AI visibility.
• Strong proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM and Looker Studio, including debugging.

• Develop, implement and refine multilingual SEO strategy and content roadmaps.
• Lead GEO initiatives for AI-driven search, entity development and content structuring.
• Ensure technical health across sites: crawlability, indexation, performance, structured data.
• Oversee content governance from briefs to publication ensuring compliance and quality.
• Manage agencies and freelancers, set priorities and review deliverables.
• Own analytics infrastructure and dashboards to inform decision-making across teams.
• Report performance to Head of Marketing and regional managers, highlighting growth in registrations and deposits.
• Lead, coach and establish standards for the SEO team and cross-functional partners.
