Job summary

element MEA is seeking a senior freelance SEO and GEO strategist to lead the search strategy behind its client accounts. The agency's identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates, while the in-house SEO executive handles technical execution.

This is a strategic, advisory role with remote work on UAE/GCC time. You will build roadmaps, develop bilingual keyword maps, and co-lead monthly strategy and reporting calls, driving Looker Studio/GA4/GSC insights for client success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO strategy and GEO
• Bilingual English/Arabic with professional fluency
• Strong commercial acumen translating goals into SEO/GEO plans
• Hands-on with SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs, GA4, Looker Studio)
• Confident executive-level client communication

Responsibilities

• Map client goals, audiences, and regional priorities
• Build 6–12 month SEO and GEO roadmaps with deliverables and KPIs
• Develop English and Arabic keyword maps and prompt sets for GCC dialects
• Recommend landing page, entity and AEO content structures
• Turn strategy into a prioritized task list for the in-house SEO executive
• Monitor Looker Studio, GA4, GSC, and GEO reports; adjust roadmap
• Co-lead monthly strategy and client calls with stakeholders
