Job summary

myZoi is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to strengthen our UAE regulatory program, focusing on gap assessments, policy enhancements, and remediation activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of CBUAE rules, AML/CFT CPF requirements, and FATF standards, with hands-on experience across 1LOD and 2LOD controls. You will collaborate with Legal, Tech, and senior management to drive governance and evidence-based reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UAE regulatory framework including CBUAE and FATF standards.
• Experience conducting structured regulatory gap assessments and mapping to controls.
• Proven ability to draft and update compliance policies and runbooks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and seniority.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses against UAE regulatory requirements including notices and laws.
• Review policies, procedures, and runbooks to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop remediation plans with risk-based recommendations.
• Draft CFCC policies aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Support remediation initiatives and evidence collection for audits.
• Collaborate with 1LOD/2LOD, Legal, and Tech teams to implement requirements.
• Maintain documentation and remediation trackers for audits.
