Job summary

RNA Resources Group is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and planning for Oasis Malls across multiple territories. The role requires coordinating with Oman, Bahrain, and UAE teams to ensure accuracy of revenue and cost data and to deliver insightful management reports.

Qualified Chartered Accountants with 7–10 years of FP&A experience, especially in commercial finance for shopping malls, are preferred and relocation to Dubai is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of FP&A experience, preferably in retail or shopping malls.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with strong financial modelling.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Experience coordinating across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and YTD P&L statements for Oasis Malls across three countries with variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and three-year P&L forecasting.
• Prepare MIS reports (revenue, receivables at risk) and present findings to senior management.
• Liaise with cross-country finance teams to review variances and ensure data accuracy.
• Support governance, risk, and management with key financial metrics and board-ready analysis.
