Job summary

Dubai Holding Real Estate seeks an accomplished senior finance professional to lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. You will build robust models and dashboards, deliver clear variances and insights, and partner with senior leaders on cash flow and cost management.

The role emphasizes IFRS controls, process improvement and team leadership, with exposure to large-scale projects within Dubai's dynamic real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting and cost control.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities to support effective business decision-making.
• Developing and enhancing financial models, dashboards and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and financial visibility.
• Reviewing financial performance and conducting variance analysis across income statement and balance sheet items, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders on financial planning, cash flow, cost management and business performance.
• Supporting the preparation and consolidation of budgets, forecasts and quarterly financial reviews, considering market conditions and evolving business requirements.
• Strengthening financial controls, policies and procedures in line with company procedures, Group policies, IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Driving process improvement, automation and system enhancements across budgeting, MIS, financial reporting and controls.
• Providing leadership and direction to the team, including coaching, development and performance management.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a master’s degree preferred.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA or CPA.
• 8–10 years of Finance experience, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Senior finance experience, preferably within real estate, construction or large-scale project environments.
• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, reporting and cost control.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems, with strong capability in Excel, Power BI or other business intelligence platforms.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
