Job summary

Dubai Holding’s Real Estate division is seeking a Budget Analyst to support the development and execution of budget plans, coordinating with entities to ensure timely budget preparation and alignment with group policies. You will monitor implementation, prepare MIS reports, and assist with KPI reporting to enable informed management decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance, strong modeling and variance analysis skills, and proficiency with Oracle/Hyperion and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with CA/ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in developing budget plans and schedules in line with Group policies and procedures and execute the budgetary plans in coordination with concerned departments to ensure smooth preparation of budgets.
