Job summary

Responsibilities include leading month-end closes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering accurate financial reports to stakeholders while driving process automation and global-standard transfer opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
• 3 years of experience applying key financial performance indicators to analysis.
• 3 years of experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• 3 years of experience identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary FP&A contact for finance and business teams across MENA, Türkiye, and South Africa.
• Own financial bridging and storytelling during monthly and quarterly close cycles.
• Validate financial and operational results for the Consumer business.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure integrity of financial data.
• Lead month-end close activities with ownership across P&L and balance sheet.
• Respond to ad-hoc questions from finance and business leadership regarding intra-month performance.
• Drive controllership across MENA, Türkiye, and South Africa Stores financials.
• Analyze actual performance, challenge variances, and track action plans to recover to plan.
