Job summary

Ohana Development is seeking a Senior Accountant FP&A and Projects Support in Abu Dhabi to act as the Finance focal point for assigned projects, supporting the CFO and leadership with FP&A, project accounting, and governance. The role involves assisting with budgets, KPIs, and controls across development projects, while coordinating with Project Managers on forecasts, certifications, and financial reporting.

The position is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, project finance, or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or project-based environments preferred.
• ERP systems experience; advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools; Oracle Fusion advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support for budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Maintain financial models for projects including cost-to-complete and margin analyses.
• Prepare variance analyses with explanations of movements and risks.
• Develop KPI scorecards and monthly dashboards for FP&A reviews.
• Support ERP migration and operating-model implementation for projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end close, cost allocations, reconciliations, and controls.
