is seeking a Senior Accountant FP&A and Projects Support to act as the Finance focal point for assigned projects, supporting the CFO and leadership with FP&A, project accounting, and governance across development projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or progress toward one is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, FP&A, project finance, or reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, construction, or project environment preferred.
• ERP systems, advanced Excel, and BI tools experience; Oracle Fusion is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project and corporate budgets, rolling forecasts and cash-flow projections.
• Maintain financial models for projects, including cost-to-complete, cash-burn, margin, and sensitivity analysis.
• Prepare budget-versus-actual and forecast-variance analysis, with clear explanations of key movements and risks.
• Support scenario and sensitivity analysis for management decision-making.
• Coordinate ERP migration and implement finance processes and controls.
• Act as the primary Finance point of contact for assigned projects; coordinate with Project Managers on budgets and reporting.
• Prepare management-reporting packs and analytical schedules for internal review.
• Ensure alignment among budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditure.
