Job summary

Globant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack, AI-Native) to own end-to-end delivery on a high-transactional booking platform. You will work across React/TypeScript frontends, .NET services, BFF and integrations, embedded with product teams in an AI-assisted delivery workflow.

Lead design decisions, validate AI-generated code, and ship production-ready features while collaborating with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering with strong production experience in C#/.NET backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end features in an existing codebase.
Daily use of agentic coding tools in production code with measurable impact.
Ability to critically evaluate AI-proposed solutions and make autonomous decisions.
Strong code review practice with focus on AI-generated defects.
Experience integrating third-party transactional APIs with reliability needs.
Comfort working with clients and stakeholders in English.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution design across frontend, BFF, backend and integrations.
Build features in React/TypeScript frontends and .NET services.
Define and manage integration contracts for bookings, payments, loyalty.
Review PRs, ensure robust production readiness and guardrails.
Collaborate with Product, Design and client stakeholders to clarify requirements.
