Job summary

Globant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack, AI‑Native) to own end-to-end delivery on a high‑transactional booking platform across 8 markets. You’ll shine at React/TypeScript frontend, .NET services, and AI‑driven tooling, shaping architecture and validating AI-generated code in production.

The role is hands‑on and autonomous, embedding with product teams in an agentic workflow.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering with production C#/.NET backend and React/TypeScript frontend.
End-to-end feature delivery in an existing codebase.
Daily use of agentic coding tools with measurable delivery impact.
Ability to evaluate AI-proposed solutions and decide autonomously.
Strong code review to catch AI-generated defects.
Experience integrating third‑party transactional APIs (payments, PSPs).
Experience in fast-paced delivery with feature flags and frequent releases.
Comfort with English in client-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated impact analysis and choose final technical direction.
Design frontend, BFF, backend and integrations with trade-offs on performance and risk.
Collaborate with Product, Design and client stakeholders to clarify requirements.
