Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Flow Control Valves to drive profitable growth at ADNOC Upstream and ADNOC Gas. You will orchestrate resources, lead the Flow Controls team, and position Emerson as a trusted advisor across sites and accounts.

You will develop account plans, conduct site visits, present growth plans, and manage strategic relationships with ADNOC stakeholders, while expanding MRO and Lifecycle Services opportunities and long-term service agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of UAE Oil & Gas/Petrochemical experience.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Ability to deliver value-based business solutions.
• Experience managing strategic ADNOC accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual business goals for allocated ADNOC sites.
• Develop and execute Flow Controls strategies within ADNOC sites.
• Develop and manage site plans for Flow Controls activities.
• Conduct site visits and implement site walkdown programs.
• Prepare growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intel.
• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive MRO and Lifecycle Services opportunities as trusted advisor.
• Establish long-term service and spare parts agreements with ADNOC sites.
• Lead growth initiatives and technology upgrades.
• Stay informed on product developments and market trends.
• Grow KOB3 business from existing installed base.
• Collaborate with Local Business Partners to expand opportunities.
