Job summary

Emerson is seeking a senior leader to drive After-Sales Customer Support, Local Value-Added Services, and Operational Excellence for Isolation Valves across the Middle East and Africa. You will collaborate with Sales, PMO, Lifecycle Services, and factory teams to strengthen customer satisfaction and aftermarket growth.

You will manage warranty, field support, RCA activities, and local service integration while promoting safety and continuous improvement across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years in valve, actuators, and automation with after-sales and operations exposure.
• GCC regional experience with major customers is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of valve automation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead After-Sales Support for technical inquiries, warranty issues, and field support.
• Establish governance for complaints, RCA activities, and escalation management.
• Coordinate and close customer issues with proactive communication.
• Drive regional Local Value-Added Services, testing, installation, and commissioning support.
• Lead Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives across the region.
• Ensure safety, HSE compliance, and proper documentation of service activities.
