Job summary

Emerson Flow Controls is seeking an Outside Senior Sales Engineer - Flow Control Valves in the UAE to lead development and execution of strategies resulting in profitable growth through ADNOC Upstream and ADNOC Gas. You will safeguard customer relationships and orchestrate resources to provide comprehensive products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience growing MRO and Lifecycle Services within customer sites.
• Ability to engage site stakeholders and align KPIs.
• Proven credibility as a trusted advisor.
• Experience planning technical seminars and engagement programs.
• Practical knowledge of control valves and process applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual goals for allocated ADNOC sites.
• Develop and execute Flow Controls strategies with ADNOC sites.
• Create site and account plans for Flow Controls activities.
• Conduct weekly site visits and dedicated walkdown programs.
• Present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, and competitor intel.
• Align BU plans with site plans and execute timely.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Drive growth initiatives including technology upgrades and new solutions.
