Qualifications

• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environment.
• Experience leading Fitness and Recovery operations including budgets and revenue.
• Relevant diploma or degree in sport science, wellness or hospitality fields.
• Strong administration and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fitness and Recovery operations to maintain high service and financial performance.
• Ensure quality of service and maintenance of Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Develop annual budget, business plan and forecasts for Fitness and Recovery.
• Monitor revenue, productivity, and costs, implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee scheduling and staff management to ensure coverage across shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys.
