Job summary

KERZNER INTERNATIONAL LIMITED's SIRO Fitness and Recovery division seeks a Performance Operations Manager to drive and lead the operational and financial performance, ensuring viability and maximizing resources. You will oversee daily fitness and recovery operations, budgeting, scheduling, and service standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience within a luxury hospitality or fitness environment.
Experience leading operational and commercial performance across Fitness/Recovery, including budgets, revenue, payroll and cost control.
Bachelor's or Diploma in a related sport, wellness, or hospitality discipline.
Strong sales, guest relations and customer service in a luxury setting.
Attention to detail and high hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
Experience with booking, CRM, and wellness management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Fitness and Recovery operations to ensure professionalism, service quality and financial performance.
Maintain Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab standards per SIRO and hotel policies.
Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports with recommendations.
Support budget development, business plans and forecasts for Fitness and Recovery.
Control departmental budgets, payroll costs, stock, and consumables to achieve targets.
Monitor revenue metrics and implement corrective actions to maximize productivity and guest access.
