Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Fit-Out to oversee fit-out projects from conception through completion. You will manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, quality, and site safety while working closely with the Project Director to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in construction management.
Proven ability to manage mid- to large-scale fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and on-site operations.
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage fit-out construction projects from inception through to completion.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Monitor budgets and resource allocation.
Enforce site health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit regular project status reports to the Project Director.
Oversee procurement and material availability.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain progress.
