Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Project Manager - MEP Fit-Out in Dubai to lead complex MEP fit-out projects from mobilization through handover. Qualifications

• 7+ years of UAE MEP project experience.
• MEP Fit-Out / Technical Services experience mandatory.
• Experience managing full MEP fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.
• Plan, manage and monitor execution, programme, manpower, materials and resources.
• Coordinate HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire-Fighting works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, PMC teams, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, RFIs, WIRs and documentation.
• Monitor progress to meet programme, quality and project requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and site activities per drawings and specs.
• Identify and resolve technical, coordination and site issues.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, authority inspections, snagging and handover.
• Ensure proper project documentation, O&M manuals and as-built drawings for handover.
