Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of fit-out projects in the UAE, from kickoff through handover, coordinating site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of UAE fit-out PM experience, strong reading of drawings/BOQs, excellent scheduling and communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving site issues to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of UAE fit-out project management experience with strong coordination skills.
• Proven ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOQs and manage multiple subs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for fit-out project execution from start to handover.
• Prepare and maintain schedules; coordinate site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, ensure work complies with drawings, specs, BOQs, and approvals.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards on site.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, sales, and management to drive timely delivery.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors; manage issues and inquiries.
• Manage handover including snagging, testing, and documentation.
