Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks a Technical Manager for Fit-out Factory Joinery to bridge interior design concepts, factory production and on-site execution. You will lead the technical office and drawing team to produce production-ready shop drawings and fabrication details.

The role requires 8-15+ years in high-end interior fit-out, strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and ERP systems, and proven leadership to optimize yield while ensuring compliance with local codes and QA

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end interior fit-out and custom joinery manufacturing.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate design to production handoffs.
• Strong knowledge of timber, veneers, laminates, metals and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design coordination and production-ready drawings.
• Review drawings to resolve clashes before production.
• Generate BOMs, cutting lists, and machining instructions.
• Coordinate RFIs and submittals with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC during inspections.
