Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a Design Coordinator to support joinery and fit-out projects. You will review production drawings, submittals, and technical docs, acting as the bridge between design, factory, and site teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in a design-coordination or draftsman role within a fit-out/joinery factory, with strong AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or 3D Max as a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design coordination or draftsman experience in fit-out/joinery factories.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of joinery details, fit-out materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review joinery/fit-out production drawings and material submittals before production clearance.
• Coordinate factory production with site execution and design teams as the main technical bridge.
• Coordinate material approvals, specs, and vendor sourcing with procurement to meet timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal factory teams.
• Ensure design deliverables align with budgets, safety standards, and quality specifications.
