Qualifications

15–20+ years of progressive finance leadership in large, capital-intensive or project-driven organisations.
Significant experience in construction or contracting sectors.
Proven track record across strategic finance, FP&A, treasury, and board-level engagement.
Deep expertise in project accounting and revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion).

Responsibilities

Set the financial direction for the group with long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasts.
Oversee end-to-end project costing, pricing, and claims management.
Lead treasury, banking relationships, liquidity planning, and capital management.
Deliver audit-ready IFRS-compliant reporting and business intelligence.
Drive ERP migration and finance automation across MIS, budgeting, and procurement-to-pay.
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and project finance team.
