The role provides technical leadership in AP processes, supports treasury coordination and ERP optimization, mentors junior staff, and drives control improvements across the finance function in a multinational, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional certification required (CMA/CA/ACCA/CPA).
• Strong ERP and financial controls expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-value accounts payable transactions with accurate verification and timely payments.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization through coordination with treasury and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority, financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist audits, ensuring timely resolution of observations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support ERP optimization and automation initiatives.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior finance team members.
• Support financial projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives requiring financial expertise.
