Job summary

Burj Line Builders in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A, accounting, taxation, and VAT across GCC channels. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer and requires strong strategic thinking and leadership.

You will partner with business heads, develop KPIs and dashboards, drive cost optimization, and mentor the finance team while ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) mandatory; MBA in Finance advantageous.
• 8–12+ years in accounting/financial management with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Retail sector experience in multi-store/multi-channel environments preferred.
• Experience in GCC/MENA tax and regulatory context is highly desirable.
• Proficient in ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel.
• Familiar with PowerBI, retail POS, and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across channels.
• Provide insights on performance, variance analysis, and key drivers.
• Partner with business heads to support strategic decisions and profitability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and financial models.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and GCC tax regulatory adherence; manage filings.
• Support Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce with financial analysis and pricing.
• Evaluate opportunities and expansion plans within GCC; monitor working capital.
• Lead finance team and collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales.
• Drive ERP upgrades and automate financial reporting processes.
