Job summary

AlBoomMarine seeks a Senior FP&A Manager to lead the finance function across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce in the GCC region. You will drive FP&A, accounting, taxation, and VAT compliance while ensuring strategic financial growth and integrity.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, partnering with senior leadership to improve profitability and drive KPIs across all channels. Strong GCC tax knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or CMA) mandatory; MBA in Finance advantageous.
• 8–12+ years progressive experience in accounting/financial management, 3–5 years leadership.
• Experience in GCC/MENA region with real tax regulations knowledge is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI), retail POS systems, and inventory management platforms.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for all channels.
• Provide actionable insights on performance including variance analysis and key drivers.
• Partner with business heads to support strategic decisions and profitability.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to monitor results.
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance and GCC tax matters, supervising filings and audits.
• Drive cost optimization while supporting growth and working capital management.
• Support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce with financial analysis and pricing strategies.
• Lead and develop the finance team across functions and coordinate with auditors/banks.
