Job summary

AlBoomMarine seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and taxation across Retail, Wholesale, and E‑commerce in the GCC. You will partner with senior leaders to improve profitability, manage VAT compliance, and drive finance transformation.

The role requires 8+ years in finance, a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA), and strong ERP/BI skills. Dubai-based, reporting to the CFO, with cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required with professional qualification.
• 8–12+ years in accounting/financial management, 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience in GCC/MENA region and multi-channel retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce.
• Provide insights on performance, variances, and drivers with dashboards.
• Manage taxation, UAE VAT compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and capital allocation.
• Mentor finance team and collaborate with operations, sales and supply chain.
