Job summary

RCIC Immigration Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The role focuses on UAE accounting standards, VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and strong proficiency in QuickBooks.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, balance sheets, cash flows, intercompany reconciliations, budgeting, MIS reporting, and audits, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and strategic business support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional Certification (CA/ACCA/CPA) is a strong advantage.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review intercompany balances and reconciliations.
• Develop MIS reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and tax compliance.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes and variance analysis.
• Oversee payroll and WPS compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, banking, and vendor payments.
