Job summary

AKA Management Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be an ACCA/CA/CPA and bring 2–3 years of UAE leadership experience, with a proven ability to drive accurate reporting and strong financial oversight.

You will oversee all financial operations, manage budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow, coordinate with auditors and tax advisers, and support strategic planning for the business.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CA or CPA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in a finance/accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department of AKA Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate must be an ACCA Member CA or CPA with at least 2-3 years of experience in the UAE. This role requires a proactive professional with strong financial management reporting and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets and forecasts
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Finance Department
• Monitor cash flow, fund management and financial performance
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and external stakeholders
• Support management with strategic financial planning and decision-making
