Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking elite Principal Forward Deployed Engineers to embed directly into high-impact enterprise AI initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will re-engineer workflows, deploy multi-agent AI systems, and own measurable business outcomes with no buffering from analysts or PMs.

You will design field-discovery, implement agentic systems, and create reusable platform primitives while navigating data residency, security, and multi-tenant standards.

Qualifications

• Field-hardened builders who thrive in ambiguous, client-facing environments.
• Product engineers who run user interviews, set scope, and ship production code.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks is a plus.
• Focus on real-world adoption and measurable ROI in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and security.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with operational stakeholders to decode bottlenecks and frame requirements.
• Architect and deploy multi-agent workflows, tool execution loops, and RAG pipelines.
• Convert deployment patterns into reusable platform components and playbooks.
• Instrument software to track cycle-time reductions and efficiency gains with data residency and security in mind.
