Discovered MENA is seeking elite Principal Forward Deployed Engineers to embed directly into high-impact enterprise AI initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will re-engineer workflows, deploy multi-agent AI systems, and own measurable business outcomes with no buffering from analysts or PMs.

You will design field-discovery, implement agentic systems, and create reusable platform primitives while navigating data residency, security, and multi-tenant standards.

The Opportunity

On behalf of a flagship technology initiative in Abu Dhabi, I am searching for elite, hands-on Principal Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to embed directly into high-impact operational domains.

In this seat, you will re-engineer critical workflows from the inside out, deploying multi-agent AI systems, automated decision engines, and RAG architectures into live, enterprise-scale operations. There are no business analysts or PMs buffering you from the end user: you define the problem, write the production code, and personally own the measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Own

• Field Discovery & Scoping: Embed directly with operational stakeholders to decode bottlenecks, define baselines, and frame business requirements before writing code.
• Agentic Systems Engineering: Architect and deploy multi-agent workflows, tool execution loops, context memory systems, and RAG pipelines using Python/Go and cloud infrastructure.
• Reusable Platform Primitives: Convert field deployment patterns into reusable platform components and developer playbooks that scale across the portfolio.
• Value Measurement & Governance: Instrument production software to track cycle-time reduction and efficiency gains against baselines, navigating strict data residency, security, and multi-tenant isolation standards.
