Qualifications

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer warmly and provide excellent service.
• Identify customer needs, recommend products, demonstrate and close sales.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Handle complaints professionally per policy and escalate if needed.
• Maintain product knowledge, promotions and store displays.
• Keep grooming standards and store areas clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and inform manager to replenish.
• Enforce refund and exchange policy and security/safety rules.
• Build database of customers and record details in POS.
• Minimize stock loss through vigilance.
