Job summary

Keolis.MHI in Dubai seeks a Training & Competency Manager to identify training needs, develop competency frameworks, and design training programmes for Facilities staff and outsourced teams. You will coordinate with Learning & Development and suppliers to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

The role requires 3–5 years in FM training, English fluency, and ability to manage training calendars and materials while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of training experience in FM and housekeeping.
• Degree or diploma in Facilities Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Certified Trainer certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future training needs for Facilities staff.
• Develop competency matrices for all Facilities roles.
• Design and implement initial and refresher training frameworks for staff and outsourced workforce.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to align programmes with operational needs.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and assessment tools.
• Provide monthly dashboards comparing planned vs. actual training.
