Job summary

White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Façade Project Manager to lead end-to-end façade packages for high-rise projects. You will coordinate design, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and handover to meet performance, quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The role requires 8–15+ years of façade experience, including 5+ years on high-rise projects in the GCC/Middle East, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Architectural Engineering.
• 8–15+ years of façade experience, with minimum 5 years in high-rise projects.
• GCC / Middle East high-rise project experience preferred.
• Demonstrated project delivery using preferably Schüco façade systems.
• Experience managing façade value engineering and system optimization.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving under site constraints.
• Planning, scheduling, and execution excellence.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead full façade package execution for high-rise buildings and VIP client projects.
• Develop project plans, method statements, ITPs, and installation sequencing.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and change control for façade works.
• Coordinate closely with client, consultant, main contractor, and internal teams.
• Plan installation sequence, methods, and site activities.
• Ensure façade meets structural, thermal, weather, and acoustic requirements.
• Oversee material procurement and factory fabrication quality.
• Supervise site installation teams and track daily/weekly progress.
• Implement QA/QC checks and conduct required façade tests.
• Monitor schedule, budget, variations, and reporting.
• Resolve site issues, interface problems, and technical challenges.
