Job summary

Dar is seeking a Senior Façade Engineer to lead complex façade projects in the UAE. You will oversee on-site installation, coordinate with main contractor and façade subcontractors, and ensure drawings, calculations, and tests meet project requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in façade engineering, strong experience in shop drawings, material submittals, and performance testing, with a focus on quality and compliance across international standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of façade engineering with multi-project exposure.
• Experience in shop drawings and technical submittal review, including structural calcs and thermal analysis.
• Experience in material submittals review and performance testing.
• Execution and site supervision, controlling façade installation quality.
• Coordination with main contractor and façade subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee façade installation on site and ensure alignment with drawings.
• Review and approve shop drawings, structural calculations, and test reports.
• Coordinate with main contractor and façade subcontractors for issue resolution.
• Lead site QA/QC, inspections, and NCR resolution.
• Ensure durability and compliance with local/international standards.
