Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is assisting a multinational automotive client. Senior Executive - Sales and Dealer Development will be based in Dubai, reporting to the Assistant Manager - Parts & Accessories, and will drive regional parts and accessory sales while strengthening dealer networks.

The role requires planning sales initiatives, achieving targets, mentoring dealer staff, coordinating logistics, and delivering timely performance reports to guide pricing and market

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Engineering or Commerce with relevant automotive parts sales experience.
• Strong analytical skills for sales and margin tracking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales plans for parts, accessories, and consumables under guidance.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for parts, accessories sales and margin.
• Maintain dealer relationships through visits and communication.
• Monitor dealer inventory and support timely replenishment.
• Track pricing/promotions and report insights to management.
• Provide product/sales trainings for dealer staff.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse to resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements:

Background&Qualification:

• ProficiencyinMSOfficeandDMS/CRMsystems.
• Analyticalabilityforsalesandmargin tracking.
• Strongcommunication,negotiation,andpresentationskills.
