Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced QMS leader to establish and maintain a robust quality management system across multiple facilities. You will act as Management Representative, coordinating with certification bodies to ensure ongoing conformance.

You will drive ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related standards, develop SOPs, conduct internal audits, close CAPA, and train staff. The role requires strong auditing, root cause analysis, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5–8 years QMS experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation and maintenance.
• Experience as Management Representative with certification/audit oversight.
• Experience in multi-site/multi-facility operations; MR lead auditing.
• Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong auditing, root-cause analysis, CAPA, documentation, stakeholder mgmt.
• MS Office and digital QMS tools like SharePoint/Power BI/Power Apps advantageous.

7. Manufacturing industry experience preferred (Furniture, Joinery, Automotive, or similar).

8. Lead Auditor certification (preferred).

9. Strong auditing, root cause analysis, CAPA, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

10. Knowledge of MS Office and digital QMS tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Apps is an advantage.
